Bis Sur is out...
So on St. Patrick's Day, we drove down to Big Sur and even hiked to the waterfall at Phieffer State Park. It was beautiful. A beautiful day! We shopped and ate at Nepenthe.
It was a wonderfully beautiful vacation day until the flag man told us that Highway 1 was CLOSED. The detour took us FIVE hours out of the way. We got back to our hotel around 1:00 a.m. the next morning. Not fun.

I forget what day it is...
I would like to title this day number ?... but I have been here so long that I forget the day and how many days I have been here. That is what I call a vacation. Off to Big Sur.

| Sailed to the crab pot and pulled these out. When we docked, we steamed them and ate crab and mayo until we were stuffed. I have never had fresher crab. YUMMY! |

| John at the helm. He dreams of us sailing around the world. Should I mention to him that I never got my sea legs and turned green and wanted to throw up? |
